BSI joined UPN in September 2012 on a new venture allowing us to maximise our service options to our clients. Not previously being a member of a pallet network we were keen to get involved and evolve as a business.
BSI serve part of the NN & MK postcodes on a daily basis for UPN along with another 95+ depot’s serving the rest of the UK, Ireland and Europe. UPN is quickly growing and recruiting new members making the delivery area’s smaller and more manageable to ensure your freight is delivered on time, all the time.
UPN is regarded for being the leader in the IT field amongst its rivals, having advanced real-time signature capture allows you to receive a digital proof of delivery (POD) within seconds after the delivery is completed, direct to your desktop. UPN also offers a wide comprehensive range of delivery services across UK & Europe whilst still achieving over 99.9% on time delivery success.

Gold Award 2016. Like previous years, we have maintained our service levels and gained the award for the third year running.

2nd Place – Members Depot of the Year 2016.
Gold Award 2015. Much like the year before, we have maintained our service levels and gained the award for the second year running.
Gold Award 2014. We achieved this award for providing an overall service excellence by exceeding targets whilst still maintaining a high service level.
Central Depot 2014. Much like the year before, We have maintained our service levels by receiving the central depot of the year for the second year running.
3rd Place Hub Depot 2014. This award was not expected, This is award is out of all the depot’s within the network and it is for overall service and compliance within the network.
Central Depot 2013. We gained this award because of constant high service levels and exceeding all targets set throughout the year. Being our first year in the network we did not expect this and it did come as a surprise.
